General Refund Policy

Internship registration fees paid through CSIT Knowledge Hub are generally non-refundable once the registration process has been successfully completed.

Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be reviewed only under exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payments or technical errors occurring during payment processing.

Duplicate Transactions

In case a user is charged multiple times for the same registration due to a payment gateway issue, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are subject to internal review and verification. Supporting details may be requested before processing any refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 5 to 7 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the payment provider and banking network.
